Abstract
The development of rural economy is inseparable from the promotion and support of rural finance. Especially with the introduction of targeted poverty alleviation, it has become an important issue to improve the level of rural financial development and play the core role of finance. This paper divides the rural financial system into three sub-systems based on the principles of system dynamics model setting and the main factors affecting rural finance. On this basis, the system dynamics model is established, and the micro-strategies of relevant stakeholders in the rural financial system are analyzed. The game balance among stakeholders provides a logical basis for improving the level of rural financial development in my country. The study found that the optimized dynamic penalty-incentive scenario is an effective improvement to solve the general situation and the unsatisfactory stable equilibrium of the system evolution under the dynamic penalty scenario. The optimized dynamic penalty-incentive strategy can obtain a stable and balanced state of the rural financial tripartite system, and in this state, the irregularities of financial institutions and farmers have been effectively suppressed.
