Ownership, Third-party Material, and Rights Granted

Ownership: By submitting and publishing an article, authors grant INSS Press the non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, archive, and promote the work in any format. Because the license is non-exclusive, authors may reuse their own content freely, provided the published version is properly cited.

Third-Party Materials: Authors are responsible for securing permission to reuse any third-party content (e.g., images, figures, tables, datasets) not created by them. All reused material must clearly acknowledge the original source and comply with copyright requirements. If permissions cannot be obtained, authors must remove or replace the material.

Rights Granted to INSS Press: Authors grant INSS Press the non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, archive, and promote the article in any format, and to identify JISS as the original publisher. Authors retain copyright and may reuse their work freely provided the published version is cited.
