Biography
As a Portfolio Manager at PMI Lakeshore Ontario Chapter, I coordinate portfolio operations, including mentorship initiatives, training programs, credentials management, and podcasts. I focus on strategic budgeting, clear cross-team communication, and global outreach by engaging practitioners from diverse regions, including Morocco, Nigeria, the USA, and Egypt. I also lead volunteer onboarding, including hiring and interviewing, to strengthen our portfolio's capacity.
As a Business Professor, I have 15+ years of experience at different educational institutions in Canada, including Conestoga, Seneca, and Sheridan colleges. For Universities, Windsor (US), Yorkville, and Algoma. I have taught a variety of courses in Marketing, Sales, Business Analysis, and Project Management. My work reflects a commitment to leadership development, budgeting, and analytical skills, complemented by certifications such as PMP and SCRUM MASTER. My goal is to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment.
