Biography
Mayadhar Sethy is an ICSSR Doctoral Fellow in Development Studies at the Nabakrushna Choudhury Centre for Development Studies (NCDS), Bhubaneswar. His research interests include development policy, fiscal federalism, governance, food and nutrition, and digital political cultures. Methodologically, his work adopts qualitative and mixed-methods approaches, including ethnographic research and social media content analysis. He is also an academic and artivist, examining digital protest art and social movements in India. Mayadhar has published in Nature and other international peer-reviewed journals, and has presented his work at national and international academic forums.
