Authorship

Authorship is limited to individuals who make a substantial intellectual contribution to the research, including conceptualization, data work, manuscript preparation, final approval, and accountability for the study’s integrity.

A Contributor Roles Statement (e.g., CRediT Taxonomy) is required for all submissions and will be published with the article. Authors decide the order of authorship based on contributions, and any disputes must be resolved by the authors themselves.

Changes to authorship after submission require written justification and approval from all authors. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring authorship criteria are met, managing communication with the journal, coordinating revisions, and confirming final approval.

Ghost and guest authorship are prohibited, and potential violations will be investigated following COPE guidelines.
